Mayor Cherry offered motion that the reading of the Minutes for February 23, 1955 be waived and that the Ilinutes of said meeting as prepared by the City Clerk be approved as written. Adopted on call of the Roll, Yeas, Commissioners Hannin, Hughes Jacobs, Riggs and Mayor Cherry (5). Commissioner Hannin offered the following motion: I move that the petition of L. D. Sullivan and wife, Lary Louise Sullivan, for permission to make one 3/1," connection to the 1!•o privately owned water pipe line owned by Clayton Barker and wife, Dorothy Barker, Thomas E. McManus and wife, Leila Mcianus, Tommie Bing and wife, Bettie Sue King, §ticholas C. Harrison and wife, Hughaline Harrison, Robert Allen Gallagher and wife, Dorothy Dean Gallagher, Pete Reed and wife, Minnie T. Reed, L. D. Sullivan and wife, Mary Louise Sullivan, Jack Harmon and irife, Irene Harmon, E. L. Gallagher and wife, Hallie Jane Gallagher, and William H. ',*labor, Jr. and wife, Ruth Weber, so as to furnish water to one residence only or one service station only to be constructbd upon a 125 foot lot fronting ng on the Oaks Road in McCracken County, � Kentucky, and outside the corporate limits of the City of Paducah, Kentucky, be received and filed and that the request petitioned for therein be granted subject to the terms and conditions in said petition. Adopted on call of the Roll, Yeas, Coiimissioners Hannin, Hughes, Jacobs, Riggs and ,';ayor Cherry (5). 1-ayor Cherry offered the following motion: I move that the Board of Commissioners receive and file the petition and pictures of Donald Farrington and other requesting that 11th Street be opened between Broadway and Kentucly Avenue. I further move that the City I•;anager contact the City Engineer to sec if it is poosible for a right of way to be obtained and said street opened. Adopted on call of the Roll, Yeas, Commissioners Hannin, Hughes, Jacobs, Riggs and T.:ayor Cherry (5). Coraninsioner Hurh;)s offered motion that the Agreement between the City oC Paducah, Kentucky, the Peoples First National Bank Z. Trust Company and the First iiat-ional Bank of Louisville, Kentucky, dated February 18, 1955, be received and filed.
