Cherry presided and upon call of the Roll the following answered to their names:
Corrrussioners Hannin, Hughes, Riggs and I•layor Cherry (4), Commissioner Jacobs being
absent (1).
a+yor Cherry offered motion that the reading of the Minutes for February
15, 1955 be i.aived and that the Idinut-es of said meeting as prepared by the City Clerk
be approved as written. Adopted on call of the Roll, Yeas, Commissioners Hannin,
Hughes, Riggs and I•Iayor Cherry (4).
Letter Re- Commissioner Hannin offered motion that the letter from Eta Chapter of Delta Kappa

Thelma Javis sale by the City of Paducah to Thelma Davis of Grave Ho. 66 in Block I1o. 8 of the Rushinr:
+ Addition to Oak Grove Cemetery, and that the City Clerk be authorized to execute a deed
of conveyance to said cemetery grave. Adopted on call of the Roll, Yeas, Commissioners
