At a Regular Pdeeting of the Board of Commissioners held in the Commission
Chamber of the City Hall, Paducah, Kentucky at 7:30 F.i-I. on January 4, 1955, Mayor
Cherry presided and upon call of the roll the follovri.ng answered to their names:
Commissioners Hannin, Hughes, RiGgs and Mayor Cherry (4), Commissioner Jacobs was
absent when the meeting was called to order.
d•ayor Cherry offered motion that the reading of the Minutes for December
28, 1954 be waived and that the Minutes of said meeting as prepared by the City Clerk
be approved as vmitten. Adopted on call of the Roll, Yeas, Commissioners Hannin,
Hughes, Riggs and Mayor Cherry (4).
Plater Commissioner Hannin offered motion that the petition of Harold Gilbert and
connection F
Harold wrife, Jessie Myers Gilbert, for permission to make one 3/4 inch connection to a b',

of Pines water pipe line owned by Paducah Water Works so as to furnish water to one residence
