Settle claim Commissioner Tannin offered motion that the claim of Cecil Bell against the City Cecil Ball o_' acoueah, in the sum of u18.00, for damages caused to his automobile on Clark Street between 6th and 7th Streets on October 11, 1954 because of defective street conditions, be allowed and that the City Treasurer be,and he is hereby, authorized to issue a check for said amount to the said Cecil Dell after securing a full and complete release. Adopted on call of the Roll, Yeas, Commissioners Hannin, Riggs and i-ayor Cherry (3). Glass in Commissioner Riggs offered the following motion: WHEREAS, on August 10, 1954 :ausoleum iuilding the Board of Commissioners of the City of Paducah, Kentucky by motion authorized the payment of 11*29.80 for the cost of replacing broken glass in the building of the West Kentucky %ausoleim. Company, and WHEREAS, such glass has been replaced at a lesser cost of :;18.20. THEREFORE, I move that the City of Paducah approve the payment of the sum of •f18.20 to Pittsburgh Plate Glass Company, and the City Treasurer be, and he is hereby, authorized to issue a check for said amount and that the amount so paid be credited upon the liability of the City of Paducah in the total sum of ..120.00 for repair stork durin{ 1954.
