be held on January 1, 1954, be received and filed. Adopted on call of the Roll,
Yeas, Commissioners Jacobs, Johnston, :•sorrow and ;Mayor Cherry (4).
Commissioner Morrow offered motion that an ordinance entitled: "All ORDIIIAKCE
