are siding on Varbrough Lane in :eCrackon County outside the corporate limits of Paducah,
Kontucky,'for authority to lay and construct a water line for the purpose of providing
crater service to one residence only located on the property of petitioner, be received
and riled and that the request in said petition be granted in accordance with the
terms act forth therein.
It is understood, however, in grantinE the privilege sought in said
petition
neither the City of Paducah nor the Commissioners of l!lat6r :'works shall be obligated to
buy said pipe line or any part thereof, and no such obligation shall be contained or be
a implied hereafter should the territory to be served by the water line to be laid under
the authority herein requested be taken into or vada a part of the City of Paducah.
It is further understood that the petitioners will subscribe for water
sorvice at the -rates new or hereafter proscribed for water service to consumers outside
the city limits of Paducah and subject in all respects to the rules and regulations of
the City of Paducah or its Commissioners of .''star 1',orks which may be noir in force or
hereinafter enactod.
Nothing in the granting of this petition shall obligato the City of Paducah
w or its Comaissioners of 'Nater Works to guarantee pressure or service, and said wator
service may oe discontinued through Said pipe line at any time when in the judgment of

Adjustment, City Planning and coning, having expired on August 16, 1950, I hereby
re -appoint the said Levi Chilton and Robert borrow to serve for further terms of four I

either pass or to submit to the voters at the next regular election the question of its
