Itinutes of the previous meeting were adopted as read. Petiiion St. ✓ Commissioner Jacobs offered motion that the petition of L.B.Trovathan and others Oiling Caldwell! 6th to 11th requesting the Board of Commissioners to give consideration to the oiling of Caldwell street between 6th and 11th streets be received and filed. Champion and wife, Husbands Road Mattie Champion, James Ambrose Hayden and wife, Aare Hayden and James A. Vessels and wife; Frances A. Vessels, residing on Husbands Road outside the corporate limits of Faducah, ry f for authority to lay and construct a water line for the purpose of providing water servic to the buildings located on the cr operty be received and filed and that the request in said petition be granted in accordance with the terms set forth therein. I, THEREFORE, IZOVE that the petition of J. D. Forrest and others named herein be recoi ad and filed and that the Paducah ..'ater forks, through its Board of Commissioners, be author- ized to lay said six inch main along McGuire Avenue from Park Avenue to Trimble Street, a diatance of approximately 2163 feet, so as to provide water service to the lots abutting ..cGuire Avenue from lark Avenue to Trimble Street, a distance of approximately 2183 feet. I further move that the adoption of this resolution and the granting of the request co - twined in said petition be considered as an agreement on the part of the City of Paducah t pay the fire hydrant and viater main rental, as provided in the franchise on the pipe line and connection referred to in the petition, ,iaid rentals to begin when said nater main has been laid and water provided for on said 7.1jaGuire Ave. from Park Ave. to Trimble street.
