Proceedings of Board of Commissioners City of Paducah December 11, 1952
At a Called Meeting of the Board of Commissioners held in the Commission
Chamber of the City Hall, Paducah, Kentucky, at 5:15 P.M. on December 11, 1952,
Mayor Cherry presided and upon call of the Roll the following answered to their
names: Commissioners Clark, Jacobs, Johnston, Morrow and Mayor Cherry (5).

Commissioner Morrow offered motion that an ordinance entitled: "AN
ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE BID OF D. W. FALLS CONSTRUCTION COMPANY OF TULSA, OHLAHOMA,
IN THE AMOUNT OF $1,023,527.79 FOR FIVE (5) SECTIONS OF STORM SEWER CONSTRUCTION IN
THE CITY OF PADUCAH; PROVIDING THAT THE MAYOR EXECUTE A CONTRACT ON BEHALF OF THE
CITY OF PADUCAH WITH THE D. W. FALLS CONSTRUCTION' COMPANY FOR SAID WORK AND PROVIDING
THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SAID CONTRACT; PROVIDING THAT SAID ACCEPTANCE OF SAID
BID AND CONTRACT FOR SAID WORK BE CONDITIONED UPON THE APPROVAL AND ACCEPTANCE THEREOF
BY THE HOUSING AND HOME FINANCE AGENCY OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA", be intro-
duced and remain on file for public inspection for one week in the completed form
in which it shall be put upon its final passage. Adopted on call of the Roll,
Yeas, Commissioners Clark, Jacobs, Johnston, Morrow and Mayor Cherry (5).
On motion the meeting adjourned.
