At a ReCular Meeting or the Board of Commissioners held in the Commission Chamber
of the City Hall, Paducah, lZentucky, at 7:30 P.i•i. on October 21, 1952, iiayor Cherry
presided and upon call of the Roll the following answered to their names: Commissioners
Clark, Jacobs,.Johnston, iorrow and I•:ayor Cherry (5).

-atcr 1inO Commissioner Clark offered motion that the petition of Ismael L. Armour and wife,

Delna Armour, and Howard Cook a d wife, Hazel Cook, for permission to make one 3/4 inch
connection to the 2 -inch privately owned water pipe line owned by Hud Smith (said
2 -inch
line being connected to the Woodlawn-Oakdale Community Water Company line on Oaks Road)
so as to furnish water to one residence to be constructed upon a lot owned by petitioner
in Smith Subdivision on the 'Jest side of Smith Avenue approximately 650 feet North of th
intersection of Hovekamp Road and Smith Avenue in McCracken County, Kentucky, and outsid

the corporate limits of the City of Paducah, Kentucky, be received and filed and the
request petitioned for therein be granted subject to the terms and conditions in said
petition. Adopted on call of the Roll, Yeas, Commissioners Clerk, Jacobs, Johnston,
Iorrow and Mayor Cherry (5)•
dater linj Commissioner Morrow offered motion that the petition of John R. Gibbs and wife,

Augusta Gibbs, for permission to extend a 3/4 inch water pipe line now serving his
residence located on Lot 18 in 3radshaw's Country Club Addition, which lot fronts on the
:vest side of Central Avenue outside the city limits of Paducah, Kentucky, so as to serve
a garage apartment located on said lot and in the rear of the residence, be received and
filed and that the request in said petition be granted in accordance with the terms and
conditions contained therein. Adopted on call of the Roll, Yeas, Commissioners Clark,
Jacob- Johnston, _lorrow and :ayor Cherry (5).
Oath Board Commissioner Clark offered motion that the "Oath of the Members of the Board of
