Adopted on call of the Roll, Yeas, Commissioners Clark, Jacobs, ilorrcw and Mayor Cherry (4). Commissioner Clark offered motion that the letter of C. Warren Eaton, Corporation Counsel regarding salaries of Cemetery Sexton and other civil service employees be received and filed. Adopted on call of the Roll, Yeas, Commissioners Clark, Jacobs, Morrow and Mayor Cherry (4). 1� Commissioner Clark offered motion that the Board of Commissioners receive, file and approve the endorseeent extending the term of policy SI -IC -191558 Mississippi Valley Engineering and Construction Company, for one year effective June 6, 1952• Adopted on call of the Roll, Yeas, Commissioners Clark, Jacobs, Morrow and Mayor Cherry (4)• Commissioner Clark offered motion that the Board of Cormissioners approve the sale by the City of Paducah to William 'rleatherspoon of Grave No. 99 in Block No. 8 of the Rushing Addition to Oak Grove Cemetery, and that the City Clerk be authorized to execute a deed of conveyance to said cemetery grave.
