Kayor Pro Ten: Jacobs offered motion that the petition signed by Er. & 1•;rs. Henry Stuart and others requesting the installation of street light at the end of Miller Street and a sewer or culvert under the bridge on saidstreet be received tn3 filed. He further moved that said petition be referred to the City Manager for investigation and report. Adopted on call of the Roll, Yeas, Commissioners Clark, Johnston, Morrow and Mayor Pro Tem Jacobs (4). Commissioner Clark offered motion that a general liability policy from the b Federated Mutual Implement and Hardware Insurance Company covering bodily injury ad i property damage liability of P. L. Lindley and the City of Paducah for one year commencing June 20, 1952, be received and filed. H. &c Walker Hall, Principal, and the United States Fidelity &: Guaranty Company, Surety, and also the attached letter from Woodall and Melton to verify coverage of S. P.. & Walker Hall y held in the United States Fidelity & Guaranty Company for Public Liability and property G damage, be received and filed. Endorsement to change name and address on bond No. 2.734485 issued by the Fidelity and Casualty Company of New York to J. C. Habacker, d.b.a Chas taine & Habacker.
