At a Called meeting of the Board of Commissioners held in the Commission
Chamber of the City Hall, Paducah, Kentucky, at 11:30 A.M. on March 22, 1952, Mayor
Cherry presided and upon call of the Roll the following answered to their names:
Commissioners Clqrk, Jacobs, Morrow and Mayor Cherry (4) , Commissioner Johnston being
absent.
