Friday, November 23rd, at 7:30 P.M. Adopted on call of the Roll, Yeas, Commissioner
Hannin, Jacobs, Sims, Thomas and Mayor Johnston (5).

Commission Chamber of the City Hall, Paducah, Kentucky, at 7:30 P.M. on November 23, 1951

r.ent CITY OF PADUCAH FOR THE YEAR 1951; REVISING AND AMENDING THE APPROPRIATION OF THE PUBLIC
Ordinance
1951 REVENUE AND INCOME COLLECTED AND TO BE COLLECTED IN SAID YEAR; PROVIDING FOR THE
APPROPRIATION OF THE ADDITIONAL REVENUE ANTICIPATED AND COLLECTIBLE DURING SAID YEAR,
INCLUDING REVENUES COLLECTED TO DATE WHICH WERE NOT ANTICIPATED AT THE TIME OF THE
ADOPTION OF THE ANNUAL APPORTIONMENT ORDINANCE FOR THE YEAR 1951; TRANSFERRING UNUSED
APPROPRIATIONS FOR CERTAIN PURPOSES TO OTHER PURPOSES; APPROPRIATING AVAILABLE
REVENUES Iii THE YEAR 1951 THAT WERE NOT INCLUDED IN THE ANNUAL APPORTIONMENT ORDINANCE;
FIXING THE APPORTIONMENT OF THE PUBLIC FUNDS FOR THE PURPOSES SPECIFIED THEREIN; AND
REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT THEREWITH", be introduced and remain on file for
public inspection for at least one week in the completed form in which it shall be put
upon its final passage. Adopted on call of the Roll, Yeas, Commissioners Jacobs,
aims, Thomas and ::ayor Pro Tem Hannin (4).
