Commissioner Thomas being nbeont. .inutos of the previous meeting were adopted as read. Commissioner Hannin offered motion that the petition of Loren ,.:. Jones for permission to extend a privately owned water pipe line on 7loodland Drive across the Pine^ Road on to V,00dland Drive, as extended, be granted subject to the limitations and con- ditions contained in said petition; and that the request of F. D. Abell and wife, Ethel Abell, Burton A. 'aashburn and wife, :.'ildrod '.':ashburn for permission to tap said privateli owned pipe lino of Loren ::. Jones be granted subject to the limitations and conditions contained in said petition. ^othing contained in the granting of this request shall be construed as a unr- antee of pressure or water service on the part of the City of Paducah and nothing in the --ranting of said request shall novr or hereafter be construed as an cbli ation or agree- ment on the part of the City of Paducah or its Commissioners of '`later "+orks to purchase or acquire said water line or any part thereof or to maintain same; no such obligation ahall arise should said territory where said privately owned pipe line lies be annexed tc or taken into the corporate limits of the city of Paducah. Christie under liability Insurance policy being issued by the United States Fidelity G Guaranty Company, Certificate of Insurance to be filed within the next few days.
