Nagel w' Commissioner Fannin offered motion that an ordinance entitled: "AN ORDINANCE APPOINTING FRED L. ActinC City Kanager NAGEL ACTING CITY MANAGER OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY, PRESCRIBING HIS DUTIES, AND PROVIDING THAT HE SNAIL SERVE WITTOUT CCL'PENSATICN", be adopted. Adopted on call of the Roll, Yeas, Commissioners Fannin, Jacobs, Sims, Thomas and Mayor Johnston (5). Victor C. v; Mayor Johnston offered motion that the letter of December 29, 1949, from Victor C. Hobday, City hobday's resignation Varager, be received and filed and that the Board accept his resignation, tobe effective at midnight, effective .'an. 31, 19501 January 31, 1950. Certain streets Commissioner Sins offered motion that an ordinance entitled: "AN ORDINANCE DECLARING AS BOULEVARD Boulevards .. Peltline STREETS CERTAIN PORTIONS OF THOMPSON AVENUE, 28TH STREET, AND JACKSON STREET, GENERALLY KNO111N AS THE BELTLI i HIGHWAY, REQUIRING ALL VEHICLES TO STOP BEFORE ENTERING OR CROSSING SAID PORTIONS OF SUCH STREETS, REPEALIN ALL ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT THEIR M,11i, AND PRESCRIBING THE PENALTY FOR ANY VIOLATION THEREOF", be adopted.
