Adopted on call of the Roll, Yeas, Commissioners Hannin, Jacobs, Sims, ,Thomas and 1ayor Johnston (5). i Alvord Coi=issioner Hannin offered motion that the Board of C0"mdasi0n0rs approve urdiol: ?'o7a on VIS the payment of the bill of Alvord, Burdick & Howson in the sum of ;;44.1.34 for the Tray balance i balance due for the services rondered to date by L. R. Howson in the appraisal of th3 of fee i 1! properties of the Kentucky Utilities Company, and that the amount be charged to the appropriation to the Electric Plant Board for acquisition of the properties of said company. BS Uf Board of Commissioners City of Paducah December 12, 1950 Commissioner Sims offered motion that an ordinance entitled; "AN ORDIIIANCE )ECLARING MADISON STREET IN THE C1W OF PADUCAH, MITUCICY, A BOULEVARD FROM THE (NEST ;INE OF SECOND STREET TO THE EAST LINE OF TWENTY-FIRST STREET, WITH THE EXCEPTION OF THE [NTERSECTIONS OF FOURTH STREET, EIGHTH STREET, THIRTEE[ITH STREET AND FOUNTAIN AVENUE OR iZVENTEENTH STREET; REC?UIRING ALL VEHICLES TO STOP BEFORE ENTERING OR CROSSING SAID iTREET AT ITS INTERSECTION WITH OTHER STREETS; PRESCRIBING THE PENALTY FOR ANY VIOLATION ["HEREOF; AID REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT TtJEREVJI7A", be adopted.
