Increase Commissioner Hannin offered motion that the motion of the Board of Trustees taz levy appointive' of the Appointive Employees Pension Fund recommendinS the levy of a tax of not less than o-ployces penalon fund five cents on each :;1.00 of assessed valuation of taxable property for the maintenance of request the pension fund, be received and filed. C. Tiller, a city employee, came into collision with the said :7. B. Wright's automobile at the corner of 28th and Jefferson Streets in Paducah, Kentucky. Matheson, Dean of t,e Dean Matheson city pay Paducah Junior College, requesting the City of Paducah to appropriate the sum of ;,307 attorney for payment of the balance due on the fee of James G. ','!heeler, the attorney employed by the Paducah Junior College for defense of the suit involving the right of colored students to be admitted to said college, be received and filed. Sewer outside Commissioner Hannin offered motion that the City Clerk be authorized to city limits ,, City Clerk P notify the various non-residents of the city who are using the city sewer that a hearing notify users of hearing with reference to their use of said sewer will be hold at the meeting of the board of Commissioners on January 9, 1951, and that they are invited to attend said hearing in th hope that an agreement may be reached.
