','!heeler, the attorney employed by the Paducah Junior College for defense of the suit involving the right of colored students to be admitted to said college, be received and filed. Sewer outside Commissioner Hannin offered motion that the City Clerk be authorized to city limits ,, City Clerk P notify the various non-residents of the city who are using the city sewer that a hearing notify users of hearing with reference to their use of said sewer will be hold at the meeting of the board of Commissioners on January 9, 1951, and that they are invited to attend said hearing in th hope that an agreement may be reached.
