Policy of Commissioner Jacobs offered motion that the Board of Commissioners receive, Pittsburg Plate Gasll Cc I file and approve the Certificate of Insurance issued to the Pittaburg Plate Glass Compan , Ina., and the City of Paducah, by the Fidelity and Casualty Company of Ifew York, said certificate being evidence of liability coverage in connection viith the ownership, main- tonance or use of the crane located at 128 South 3rd Street in the City of Paducah, for the period from February 7, 1950, to February 7, 1951, under said company's policy No. XP -72511. Adopted on call of the Roll, Yeas, Commissioners Hannin, Jacobs, Sims, Thomas and ".ayor Johnston (5). Farmors Burley Co:mnissioner Jacobs offered motion that the request of the Farmers Burley '_!bbaclo request for permit -addition .'.arehouse for a permit to construct an addition onto the tobacco warehouse at 9th and 1 Finley Streets, said addition to cover an area of 15,750 square feet, be received and filed. Liability policy Commissioner Sims offered motion that the Board of Commissioners receive, file I John Quinlan . P. L. Lindleyt V and approve the Certificate of Insurance issued by the Bituminous Casualty Corporation protecting the City of Paducah iiith respect to work done by John Quinlan until November 5, 1950; also the Certificate of Insurance issued by the Connecticut Indemnity Company, insuring the City with respect to ::ork done by P. Terrell file the letter of the attorney for the city in which he requests advices as to whether he shall be expected to make further efforts to locate a qualified firm for employment y: by the city to make a survey of the operation of the gas system of the Kentucky Utilities Company and to gibo testimony at the hearing before the 1-ublic Service Comission upon the application of the company for a change in the rates.
