Policy of Commissioner Jacobs offered motion that the Board of Commissioners receive, Pittsburg Plate Gasll Cc I file and approve the Certificate of Insurance issued to the Pittaburg Plate Glass Compan , Ina., and the City of Paducah, by the Fidelity and Casualty Company of Ifew York, said certificate being evidence of liability coverage in connection viith the ownership, main- tonance or use of the crane located at 128 South 3rd Street in the City of Paducah, for the period from February 7, 1950, to February 7, 1951, under said company's policy No. XP -72511. Liability policy Commissioner Sims offered motion that the Board of Commissioners receive, file I John Quinlan . P. L. Lindleyt V and approve the Certificate of Insurance issued by the Bituminous Casualty Corporation protecting the City of Paducah iiith respect to work done by John Quinlan until November 5, 1950; also the Certificate of Insurance issued by the Connecticut Indemnity Company, insuring the City with respect to ::ork done by P.
