Com-mi.,S loner Fannin offered motion that the petition of Jarms L. i'ridgos J and wifo, Jane Elizabeth aides, residing on Lindberg street outside the corporate lin!i a y of Paducah, :_entucky, for authority to connect a 5/4 inch 'tater pipe line to the 3/4 incl e water pipo line now owned by O. R. Cverb,i and c: if o, gffie ;'ae Overby, which said 3/4 anal .titer pipe line is cornocted to a throe inch provately ormed -^ater line owned by Yiziln 'oneock,9r., ?lrs. (J.
