'Cayor Johnston offerod the following motion: I move that Charles Rawlings,
„sync Seaton and r.orry:an, be appointed to serve as members of the Joard of Equaliza-
tion of the City of .aducah for the year 1951, that the members of said board, after
.o'a: first duly sc;ern to faithfully discharge the duties of their office, be directed
to meet at the City fall on the 15th day of October, 1950, to elect from among ttemselve
,_ Chalrc=n and a Clork, to notify the City Auditor that they are ready to receive the
assoss;wnt books, and to then proceed with the equalization of assessments on all real
and personal property in the city subject to taxation in accordance with the pro-
viziors of law, the mcnbers of said board to receive for Itielr services the amount
fixed b;: ordinance. Adopted on call of the Poll, Yeas, Commissioners Tannin, Jacobs,
