Election resultsV Commissioner Fannin offered motion that the Certificate showing the results of the election Fcard of TrusteesE Acpointive li held for the purrose of electing three members of the Board of Trustees of the Appointive Employees' Erployses' pensio Fund Pension Fund, as provided for in an ordinance adopted December 2, 1947, as amended, be received and filed. Adopted on call of the Roll, Yeas, Commissioners Nannie, Jacobs, Sims, Thomas and payor Johnston (5). Elevator operator Commissioner Fannin offered motion that the Board approve payment of the salary to Rudelle Green Rudelle Green Salary to fElovator Ooorator, until the date on which the elevator is converted to push button, self operated control, January 15-1950 which is expected to be completed about January 15, 1950. Adopted on call of the Roll, Yeas, Comm- issioners Fannin, Jacobs, Sims, Thomas and Mayor Johnston (5). Cemetery lot to Commissioner Nannie offered motion that the Board of Commissioners approve the sale to Odie the Odie Stokes & Voris Smith Stokes and Voris Smith of Lot 111 in Block 5 between Chamblin 8 Fannin Streets for the sum of 5125.00, and I. that the C1ty Clerk be authorized to execute a deed to said cemetery lot. Fannin, Sr., be appointed to act as Payer George Fannin j Pro Tem for the City of Paducah during the years 1950 and 1951 and as such to be vested with all of the Ipowers and to perform all of the duties of the t:ayor during his absence from the city or his inability to attend to the duties of the office.
