AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR
TO EXECUTE A WELLNESS PROGRAM AGREEMENT BETWEEN KC
WELLNESS AND THE CITY OF PADUCAH AND AUTHORIZE REVISIONS TO
THE CITY OF PADUCAH WELLNESS PROGRAM
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to execute
a Wellness Program Agreement between KC Wellness and the City of Paducah in an
amount not to exceed $23,813.00, for providing to the City an on-site wellness program.
SECTION 2. That the City of Paducah authorizes revisions to the City's
Wellness Program for the 2002-2003 plan year.
