At a Called Meeting of the Board of Commissioners held In the Commissioners'
Chamber at the City Hall, Paducah, Kentucky, at 11130 o'clock A.M. on September 28, 1995,
Mayor Seaton presided and upon call of the Roll the following answered to their names:
Commissioners Johnston, Pulliam, 71agner and Yayor Seaton (4). Commissioner Pierce
beim; absent (1).
Notice V Mayor Seaton offered motion that the notice of this meeting held on September 28th,

of the City of Paducah, be received, filed and spread upon the 141nutes.

Board of Commissioners will be held in the Commissloners ' Chamber
at the City Mall in Paducah, Kentucky.
