Incinerator Commissioner Pulliam offered motion that the letter of H.O.Brown in which he Roof advises the City tanager concerning the type of roofing which should be applied on L. the incinerator plant be received and filed, and that the City Manager be authorized to enter into a contract with the said H.O.Brown for the placing of a roof on the i HI Incinerator Plant for a sum of not exceeding '480.00, said aum to cover the coat of Ii both labor and materials. Viola Taxes hYartin be permitted to pay the improvement assessment against the nine (9) feet of ground fronting upon Kentucky Avenue which she expects to purchase from J.K.McDonald lI' said nine (9) foot strip of ground lying between her lot at the Northwest corner of i G 15th & Kentucky and a lot owned by the said J.K.McDonald; and that the City Treasure Cbe authorized to accept from Lira.
