Commissioners Johnston, Pierce, Pulliam, Wggner and Mayor Ocaton (5).

Corrlissioner Fulliam offered motion that the Agreement entered into between the

Shell 011 Company and the City of Paducah, for furnishing the city its requirement of
gasoline and oil for the four (4) months period beginning May 1st, 1945, be received
and filed. Adopted on call of the Roll, Yeas, Commissioners Johnston, Pierce, Pulliam,'

Connissioner l,'agner offered notion that Decoration Day, llay 30th, 1945, being

a legal holiday, I move that all city employees be allowed a holiday with the exception
