J2ayor l7aahburn stated reason for call, to -crit: For the purpose of alloving payroll for the lost h of August and to transact any other business that may come 'properly before the meeting. Com-iissioner Hank offered the followin" notion: I move that the cor=iunication Flcodwall- Corporation - Counsel to arrange for from W. V. Eaton, Corporation Counsel, with respect to arrangements for title examinat- assistance in securing rifits-o.^-way ions on the properties involved in the sea wall right- of-emy, together with the schedgle 'of said requirements, be received, filed and approved by the Board of Comaissioners, and that said Cor;oratipn Counsel be authorized under the terns of said schedule to obtain the services of as mapy persons as he may regard as necessary for the speedy examination and certification of said titles, and on fee arrangements su,-,ccsted in said schedule.
