,At a ro3ular meeting of the Board of Com*iissioners held in the Com-
mi:+sioners' Chamber at the City Ball, Paducah, Kentucky, at 2 o'clock P.ES, on the 29th
day of AuSust, 1038, L:ayor Washburn presided and upon call of the roll the following
nnswered to their nsmes: CorLmiasioners Hank, Nelton, Pulliam, Stubblefield and

Minutes of the previous meetings were adopted as read.
Mayor Mashburn offered the following motion: An ordinance entitled,

meeting of said Board of Commissioners on August 22, 1938, and having remained on filo',
with the Clerk in its completed form for one (1) week,- I now move that said ordinance,
be adopted. Adopted on call of the roll: Yeas; Commissioners Hank, Melton, Pulliam
Stubblefield and Mayor Ylashburn (5).
