Comriaaloner :ieroe offered the following motion: I move that the petition of
Rd 'D rrell and others residing on and near the old Mayfield Road and Hendren Road
fle t:ie city linits of Paducah for authority to tap the six inch water main ?forth f
V ..... Intersection of ::filler Street and the city limits, for the purpose of providing
raster service tp persons livin;; on and near the old Vayfiold Road and Hendren Road out id
the City linita of Paducah, through a pine line to be laid alone ti:e verger Road, Old
':a field (load and eiendron Road as sot forth in said petition, be received and filed,
and that the request in said petition be grantod in accordance with the terms not
forth in said petition.
It is understood, however, that in granting the privilege sought in said
petition, neither the city of Paducah, nor the Commissioners of 'rater I.'orks obligate
the said city to maintain said pipe line, or to purchase some at this time, or in the
event the territory xkazid in question should become a part of the city limits.
It is further understood that the petitioners will subscribe for water at the
rates now, or hereafter prescribed for water service to consumers outside the city limits
and sutJoct in all respects to the rules and regulations of the city of laducah, or
its Commissioners of --ober forks which may be now in force, or hereafter enacted.
