At a Regular Ueeting of the board of Commiasionera hold in the Commissioners
Chnmber at the City Hall, Paducah, Kentucky, at 7:30 o'clock P.P., on January 23, 1945
Payor Seaton presided and upon call of the Roll the following answered to their names:
Commissioners Johnston, Pulliam, Leaner and Mayor Seaton (4), Commissioner Tierce
being absent (1).
Minutes of the previous meetin_, were adopted as read.
