bein-absnot.
Commissioner ::agner offered motion that the !,card of Commissioners rorornmend
to the City i::anaGer that i'. Hendricks be notified to cease all excavation on the
Nproperty lyinE between Powell Street and Vc yers Street in the City of Paducah, and
that the said Z. .. Hendricks be further notified that unless he complies .pith this
request, a warrant will be issued a ainst him for creatin:� a nuisance on the property
which is being excavated.
2 further nove that the said L. P. Hendricks be required to properly grade
anddrain the excavations heretofore made by hiir.. Adopted on call of the roll,
