Chamber at the City Hall, Paducah, Kentucky, at 11:30 o'clock A.M. on October 12, 194
I.ayor Seaton prosided and upon call of the Roll the following answered to their names
Commissioners Johnston, Pierce, Pulliam, 1:agner and i'ayor Seaton (5).

a bituminous hard surface on Coxey and Circle Streets

'crsdloy, the City-n-ineer, in which they estimate that the cost of the labob for
