Chamber at the City Ball, Paducah, Kentucky, at 8:00 o'clock P.M., August 29th, 1944,
Mayor Seaton presided and upon call of the Roll the following answered to their names:
Commissioners Johnston, fierce, Pulliam, Magner and Mayor Seaton (5).

said tract is shown within the heavy black lines on the plat which is attached to
