Proceedings of Roat•d of Com^,issloners City of Paducah_ December 28th, 1943
At a Regular Meeting of the Board of Commissioners hold in the
Commissioners' Chamber at the City Ball, Paducah, Kentucky, at 7:30 o'clock P. M.
December 26th, 1943, Mayor Lackey presided and upon call of the Roll the following
answered to their names: Commissioners Dorian, Johnston, Pulliam, l"agnor and Mayor
Lnckey (5).
Minutes of the previous meeting were adopted as read.
Agreement Commissioner Johnston offered motion that the original of the Agreement
C.R.Isoman
Fence -Flood- entered into between C. R. Iseman and the City of Faducah with reference to the said
1'isil
C. R. Isenan's use of .the floodwall between Clark and Adams Streets as a fence, be
received and filed. Adopted on call.of the Roll, Yoas, Commissioners Dorian,
Johnston, Pulliam, Wagner and Mayor Lackey (5).
Sell lot to ,j Commissioner .%gner offered motion that the Corporation Counsel be
directed to prepare for introduction at the next meeting an ordinance authorizing the
sale to B. B. Burch of Lot 13 in block 25 on 19th Street between tCashington and Clark
Streets for the sum of ,$175.00, ,4`,87.50 to be paid in cash and the balance to be paid
in 30 days with 6% interest. Adopted on call of the Roll, Yeas, Commissioners
Dorian, Johnston, Pulliam, ;7agner and Mayor Lackey (5).

Roscoe Reed/- Mayor Lackey offered motion that the resignation of Roscoe Rood as a member of
Resignation ,
Pater Board the Board of Commissioners of the Paducah -ater Works be received, filed and accepted.
