M. December 26th, 1943, Mayor Lackey presided and upon call of the Roll the following answered to their names: Commissioners Dorian, Johnston, Pulliam, l"agnor and Mayor Lnckey (5). Minutes of the previous meeting were adopted as read. Agreement Commissioner Johnston offered motion that the original of the Agreement C.R.Isoman Fence -Flood- entered into between C. R. Iseman and the City of Faducah with reference to the said 1'isil C. R. Isenan's use of .the floodwall between Clark and Adams Streets as a fence, be received and filed. Adopted on call.of the Roll, Yoas, Commissioners Dorian, Johnston, Pulliam, Wagner and Mayor Lackey (5). Sell lot to ,j Commissioner .%gner offered motion that the Corporation Counsel be directed to prepare for introduction at the next meeting an ordinance authorizing the sale to B. B. Burch of Lot 13 in block 25 on 19th Street between tCashington and Clark Streets for the sum of ,$175.00, ,4`,87.50 to be paid in cash and the balance to be paid in 30 days with 6% interest. Adopted on call of the Roll, Yeas, Commissioners Dorian, Johnston, Pulliam, ;7agner and Mayor Lackey (5). NO. 771 Proceedings of Foard of Commissionors City of Paducah December 28th, 1943 Roscoe Reed/- Mayor Lackey offered motion that the resignation of Roscoe Rood as a member of Resignation , Pater Board the Board of Commissioners of the Paducah -ater Works be received, filed and accepted. Adopted on call of the Roll, 'leas, Commissioners Dorian, Johnston, Pulliam, Wagner and I.'ayor Lackey (5). Appointment Mayor Lackey made the following appointment: A vacancy on the Board of Plater Board Parker Bray Commissioners of the Paducah itntar :7orks having been created by the resignation of 4 Roscoe Reed, I hereby appoint Parker Bray to serve in his place and stead subject to 'i the approval of the Board of Commissioners Signed Pierce E. Stewart as a member of the Board of Park Commissioners (white) having expired on T. 3. Siallcr August 11th, 1943; I hereby appoint T. S. Waller to serve as a member of said Board in the place I{ and stead of Mrs. Lula B. Stewart, his term of office to expire on August 11, 1948. Signed Pierce E. Waller to serve for a period of five (5) years from that date and said Board as now constituted to consist of the following members: T. S. Waller to serve for five (5) years; Tom Reed to servo for a period of four (4) years, Luther F. Carson to sorve for tlu'ee (3) years, Sam Davby for two (2) 1. yoars,and 11. S.
