At a Regular Meeting of the Board of Commissioners hold in the Commissioners'
Chamber at the City Hall, Faducah, Kentucky, at 7:30 ovelock P.i!. on December 21, 1943,
Commissioner Dorian presided as Mayor in the absence of Mayor Lackey, and upon call of
the Roll, the following answered to their names: Commissioners Johnston, Pulliam,
Ytagner and Mayor Pro Tem Dorian (4).

Audit Paducah ��' Commissioner Johnston offered motion that the Audit Report of the Paducah !Vater

October 31, 1943, be received and filed. Adopted on call of the Roll, Yeas,

be authorized to pay the same by checks drawn on the General Fund. Adopted on call

is legally liable for payment of state and county taxes levied against property since

securing ad valorem taxes and public improvement aasasamonts;
I therefore move that the Corporation Counsel be authorized to prosecute an
a.npeal from the judgment in which the Circuit Court has held that the city is liable

11minato Mayor Protem Dorian offered motion that the City Manager be directed to eliminate
caution
signals the caution signals at all intersections where yellow is shown when an Intersoctlon is
approached from any direction and that atop signals be installed at all intersections
which have always been regarded as boulevards;
I further move that the City Manager be requested to direct the Chief of Police
to have a police officer stationed nt the corner of 7th and Bnoadwuy and at the cornor
of 7th and Jofferson Streets to direct the traffic before and after church services
on each Sunday, if possible. Adopted on call of the Roll, Yous, Commissioners
Johnston, Pulliam, Wagner and mayor Protem Dorian (4).
On motion the meeting adjourned.
