At a Regular Mceting of the Board of Commissioners held in the Commissionera'
chamber tit the City Hall, Paducah, Kentucky, at 7:30 o'clock P.M. on December 14, 1943;
7ayor Lackey presided and upon call. of the Roll the following answered to their namaa:
Commissioners Dorian, Johnston, Pulliam, Wagner and Mayor Lackey (6)
Minutes of the previous meetings were adopted as read.
# St. Dept Commissioner Dorian offered motion that the report of the Street Department

i November 14-7 for the month of November, 1943, be received. Adopted on call of the Roll, Yeas,
Commissioners Dorian, Johnston, Pulliam, 'Magner and Mayor Lackey (5).
'Nathan Forr-v Commissioner Dorian offered motion that_ the Mayor be requested to write the Hon.

upon proper payment of $75.00 to the City Treasurer, be approved. Adopted on call of
the Roll, Yeas, Commissioners Dorian, Johnston, Pulliam, Wagner and Mayor Lackey (5).

30. 24 in block 8 and Lot 8 in block 9 on Thompson Avenue to the hest Kentucky State
Vocational Training School for the sum of ;125.00 cash. Adopted on call of the
