At a Regular Meeting of the board of Commissioners held in the Commissioners'
Chamber at the City Hall, Paducah, Kentucky, on December 7th, 1943, at 7:30 o'clock
P.LS., Commissioner Dorian presided as Mayor in the absence of Mayor Lackey and upon
call of the Roll the following onsworod to their names: Commissioners Johnston,
.- Pulliam, 'Wagner and Mayor Protem Dorian (4).

Meeting held on November 30th, 1943 be waived, and that the question as to whether the
Minutes be approved be submitted to the Board of Commissioners at its next Regular
Hooting. Adopted on call of the Roll, Yeas, Commissioners Johnston, Pulliam,

Report of I Commissioner Johnston offered motion that the following reports for the month

Floodwall claims Commissioner Pulliam offered motion that the City Manager be requested to inter-

view persons view the persons who have sustained damages and made claims on account of the destruc-
tion of crops on lands adjoining the floodwall, find out the least amounts which
would be accepted in settlement of the claims by compromise, and report to the Board
at the next meeting. Adopted on call of the Roll, Yeas, Commissioners Johnston,
Pulliam, 14agner and Mayor Protem Dorian (4).
On motion the mecting adjourned.
