Cemmiasionor Johnston offered motion that the City of Paducah recreational facilities ai%propriato the sum of "'200.00 to defray the expense for establishing and conducting recreational facilities for the benefit of the colortd youth in the City of Paducah, provided a 113co amount is contributed by citizens interested in the program, and that r the amount so apprmpriated by the City be charged to the Contingent Fund. City Ianager 1, Commissioner Dorian offered motion that the City Nanager be requested invests to statement to mske an investigation for the Board of Commissioners for the purpose of detormininr against Y.ayor whother or not there are grounds le,7ally sufficient to justify the action of the Board of Commissioners to prefer charges against the Mayor upon the accusations made t against him under a statement heretofore filed by Mr. Elmer &gown, and that the Manager be requested to report his findings to the Eoard of Commissioners.
