I Payroll Commissioner Wagner offered motion that the payroll for the first half of i let half 1 May +43 May, 1943, be allowed In the amount of $9605.30, and that the City Treasurer be I( authorized to pay the same by checks drawn on the General Fund. F. ASayer with reference to his employment by the City for collection of omitted taxes abd that the Corporat.on Counsel prepare for introduction at the next meeting an ordinance authorizing the City Manager to employ a Paducah Attorney or Attorneys to represent the City of Paducah for the collection of such taxes on a Receive contingent fee basis, said ordinance to contain the terms and conditiond under which Corp. course 1,a the employment ::•ill be authorized.
