Minutes of the previous meeting were adopted as read. Bids on / Mayor Lackey offered motion that the City Manager be requested to accept bids property on P Ky Ave be under seal for property located between /2518 and #2538 Kentucky Avenue, said bids received to be received not later than 12:00 Hoon May 5th, 1943, that all persons who have heretofore submitted bids be notified that bids will be received at said time, and that the Corporation Counsel prepare for introduction at the next meeting an ordinance authorizing the sale of the property to the person whose bid, is the highest and best In the judgment of the City Manager. City Phy & Vs Commissioner Johnston offered motion that the following reports for the month Oak Grove Reports April of April, 1943 be received: Dr. W. J. Mrs. Bernice,/ Commissioner Pulliam offered motion that deed granted to Mrs. Bernice Pickard Pickard Cemetery Deed for part of Lot 92 in block 6 between Hope Avenue and Peace Avenue In Oak Orove Cemetery, upon payment of .x20.00 to the City Treasurer be approved. Adopted on call of the Roll, Yens, Commissioners Dorian, Johnston, Pulliam, I7agnor and Mayor Lackey (5). I Henry Sall: 61ayor Lackey offered motion that the bond of Henry wall, former city bond cart- �'J cellod employee, executed by Eradahaw & Weil in the sum of $1000.00 be cancelled as of its expiration date May 1st, 1943. Adopted on call of the Roll, Yeas, Commissioners Dorian, Johnston, Pulliam, Warner and Mayor Lackey (5). h Sall lots 7Ji Mayor Lackey offered the following motion: I move that an ordinance D. P.'Worahum d f entitled: "All ORDI21AIlCE AUTHORIZING THE SALE AND CONVEYANCE TO D. B. 170RSHUTA OF LOTS 4 AND 5 IN KUPKE'S DIVISION OF THE KOERNER LANDS AS SHOWN BY PLAT RECORDED IN u 1 PLAT BOOK "A", PAGE 198, I.:CCRACKEN COUNTY COURT CLERK'S OFFICE, AND AUTHORIZING THE r MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE A DEED OF CONVE(ANCE TO SAID PROPERTY" be adopted.
