At a Rogular ?,,.acting of the Board of Commissioners hold in the
Commissioners, Chamber at the City Hall, Paducah, Kentucky, at 7:30 o'clock P.M. on
April 20th, 1943, Layor Lackoy prosided and upon call of the Roll the following
answered to their names: Commissioners Dorian, Johnston, Pulliam, Wagner and Mayor
Lackey (5).
Minutes of the previous meeting were adopted as read. '
Commissioner Johnston offered motion that the report of the fire

NYA Project Manager, addressed to Mr. H. G. McElwee, City Tanager, be received and
filed, and that the City Manager be authorized to investigate and detormine the exact
amount it would cost to complete the NYA building, and report his findings to the
