At a Called i.Ieeting of the Board of Comniaalonera hold in the
iCommissioners Chumbor at the City Hall, Paducah, Kontuc)cy, on February Sth, 1943
at 9:CO o'clock f,.!;., 2ayor Lackey presided and upon call of the Poll the following
answered to their names: Commissioners Dorian, Johnston, Pulliam and Mayor Lacey
j(4), Commissioner Wagner being absent.
Mayor Lackey stated the purpose of the call was to receive and consider
the application of Edgar T. '.7a3hburn for an extension of time for payment of taxes.
Mayor Lackey offered motion that the application of 20gar T. Washburn for
R. T.":'aahburn
Extension of ,�an extension of time to pay the ad valorem taxes due against property located at
tine on taxes
1925 ].;adison Street, 1 lot on Terrell Street and 1 int on Seitz Street, and also thr.
court costs incurred up to this date be received and f11od, and that R. L. tyro the
Attorney representing the city in this tax suit, be authorized to postpone the isle
of this property which was advertised to sell on 'rebruary Cth, 1943.
I further move that in the event the said Edgar T. sashburn shall fail to pay
the sum of x`40.00 on the Oth day of any month hereafter while any part of the afore-
said taxes and court costa remain unpaid, that the said R. L. Myra be instructed to
immediately have the property advertised and sold for satisfaction of the balance of

taxes and court costs then due. Adopted on call of the Roll, Yeas, Commissioners
FDorign, Johnston, Pulliam and Mayor Lackey (4).
