Fails 3tatuo LlcEinney with reference to the restoration of the Chief Paduke Statue be received and filed, that the Board of Commissioners recommend to the Eoard of Park Commdaaioners that maid board accept the offer of Mr. Lennox for damage to the statue, and that the statue be replaced and temporarily repaired at a cost agreeable to Park 1'•onrd. Petition buses Mayor Proton Dorian offered motion that the petition signed by approximatelyroute be extended a ninty (90) residents of Paducah and McCracken County, requesting that t:)iD bus service I� to extended on the Wear end of Park Avenue to the City Limits be received and filed, and that the Kentucky Utilities Company be asked to give its serious consideration of extending the bus service on Park Avenue 'in order to accommodate the residents in that area. I now move that the petition of Ephraim Andrew Clark and itis wife, Ida Clark, Abe received and filed; that the permission be granted to said petitioners to pay and construct said one-half inch water line as requested in said petition. T{othing in the vranting of this petition shall be construed as in any wise obligating the City of Paducah or its Commissioners of hater '',lorks, now or hereafter, to purchase or acquire the privately owned pipe lines, referred to in said petition, .or any part thereof, while said promises are out -side of the city limits, or in the event the city limits should be extended so as to include said territory. It is understood that neither the City of Paducah, nor the Commissioners of 'later Plorks, guarantee water service or pressure sufficient to provide water for the premises of petitioners; and this permit is granted subject to all rules and regulations now in force of hereafter adopted, providing uator service to persons residing outside the city limits.
