and the County Court of '..cCrncken County be advised that the City of Paducah will
cease to supply :unds for the support and maintenance of the poor and indi,,^,ent depend-
ents and helpless paupers of the City of Paducah and EcCracken County from and after
the first day of June, and it appearing teat the ^fiscal Court has not as yet made

prevent suffering and distress rearltin, from the failure of the ;'iscal Court to so
provide for said poor persons,- I move that the City "sna!�er and the City Tresaurer be

such tirie as a definite or artiafactory arran�:cment can be of;'ccted throu-h or by the
