Mir. J. L. Mural, Jr., a member of said Commission, a check for w10.00 for his services
from December 9th, 1939 to December 9th, 1941. Adopted on call of the roll: Yeas;
(Commissioners Baker, Blackburn, Dorian, Pulliam and Mayor Lackey (5).
Mayor Lackey offered motion that this regular meeting of the Board of
Adjourment
:'Commissioners be adjourned until Wednesday afternoon, December 311t, 1941 at the hour
of 2:90 o'clock. Adopted on call of the roll: Yeas; Commissioners Baker,
�Blackburn,•Dorion, Pulliam and Mayor Lackey (5).

At an adjourned regular meeting of the Board of Commissioners hold in the
Commissioners Chamber at the City Hall, Paducah, Kentucky, at 2:00 o'clock P.M. on the
31st day of December, 1941, Mayor Lackey presided and upon call of the roll the
following answered to their nacres: Commissioners Baker, Blackburn, Dorian,Pulliam
and Mayor Lackey (5).

Mayor Lackey offered the followlnC; motion:
Board of Equalizers-
for 1942
1 move that Charles Crain, Jack (A.E.) Cole and Ezelle Lackey be appointed as members
of the Board of Equalizers of the City of Paducah for the year 1942, and that the
members of said Board after being first duly sworn to faithfully discharge their dution,
be directed to meet at the City Hall on the first 'Zonday in January, 1942, and to

proceed with the equalizing of assessments on real and personal property in accordance
the
provisions of the law, and the members of said Board shall receive for their
services the compensation as fixed by the ordinance. Adopted on call of the roll:
