Minutes of the previous meetings were adopted as read. Connissioner Baker offered motion that the payroll for the first Payrol`-'_rt half C^t.'' 1 half of October, 1941 be allowed in the amount of $9954.26, and that the City Treasurer, nuthorized to pay snno by check drawn on the General Fund.
