Conmisaioners Chambor at the City Hall, Paducah, Kentucky, at 7:30 o'clock P.M., on

Mrs. iLnry Hutchison having presented to the Board of Commissioners a dead of conveyance
to Eary Hutchison
executed and delivered by Lloyd Emery, at al., dated September 9th, 1941, under the
terms of which there is conveyed to her all of the grantor's right, title and Interest
in the Southeast one-fourth of Lot No. 1004 in Block No.4, in Oak Grove Cemetery in
Paducah, Kentucky-,

j I move that the conveyance of said cemetery lot to Mrs. Mary
i'Hutchison, Paducah, Kentucky, be approved, and that the City Clerk be authorized to
imake proper notation in the Cemetery Rorister showing the conveyance of said lot.
