At a call meetinC of the Board of Commissionera held in the Commissioners

Chan`.er at the City Hall, Paducah, Kentucky, at 10:00 o'clock A.M. on the tat day of
AuCuat, 1941, "ayor Lackey presided and upon call of the roll the followinE answered
to their names: Commissioners Baker, Blackburn, Pulliam and Payor Lockey (4)
Mayor Lackey stated the purpose of the meeting, was to allow the payroll
for the last half of Jul;, 1941 and to transact any other buaines that may tomo
✓ " properly before the meeting.

Commissioner Baker offered motion that the payroll for the last half of
July, 1941 be allowed in the amount of $10,861.01, and that the City Treasurer be

authorized to pay same by check drown on the General Fund. Adopted on call of
the roll: Yeaa; Commissioners Baker, Blackburn, Pulliam and Uayor Lackey (4).
On motion meeting adjourned.
