At a regular moeting of the Board of Commissioners hold in the

22nd day of July, 1943, Commissioner Pulliam presided as mayor pro tem in the absence of
Mayor Lackey, and upon call of the roll the following answered to their names:

Minutes of the previous meeting were adopted as read.

Street Dept.,June repl� Commissioner Baker offered motion that the report of 1.7. F.
Anderson, Street Superintendent, for the month of June, 1941, be received.
Adopted on call of the roll: Yeas; Commissioners Baker, Blackburn, Dorian and Mayor
pro tem Pulliam (4).
Mayor pro tem Pulliam offered motion that an ordinance entitled:
