Proceedings of Bonedof Comrlssioners City of Paducah May 20. 1941______
At a rogulr meeting of the Board of Commissioners hold in the
Commissioners Chamber at the City Hall, Paducah, Kentucky, at 7:30 o'clock P.H. on the
20th day of May, 1941, Mayor Lackey presided and upon call of the roll the following
answered to their names: Commissioners Balcor, Blackburn, Dorian, Pulliam and
Mayor Lackey (5).
Minutes of the previous mecting3were adopted as road.
I Mayor Lackey offered motion that an ordinance entitled:

property to
AL Pritchett BID TO A'. M. AND LENA FRANCES PRITCHETT FOR THE PURCHASE OF CERTAIN REAL ESTATE

PURCHASED BY IT AT A TAX SALE; PRESCRIBING THE TERMS UNDER WHICH SAID BID SHALL BE
ASSIGNED, AIR) AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO SIGN A PROPER INSTRUMENT OF
ASSIGNMENT FOR THE PURPOSE OF CARRYING THIS ORDINANCE INTO EPPECT", be adopted.
Adopted on call of the roll: Yeas; Commissioners Baker, Blackburn, Dorian, Pulliam
and Mayor Lackey (5).
WPA Sewer Mayor Lackey offered motion that the City Manager be authorized
Proposal
to submit to the Work Projects Administration a proposal for the construction of
sanitary sewers in the Southeastern section of the City according to the plans of the
City Enrinoer and the estimates made by him as to the cost of such improvements.
Adopted on call of the roll: Yeas; Commissioners Baker, Blackburn, Dorian, Pulliam
and Mayor Lackey (5).
On motion mooting adjourned.
