Minutes of the previous meetings were adopted as read. i {J Commissioner Batter offered motion that the letter of T. A. Bradloy, City J A •: an::alo ,.:neer, addrersod to-Jamos P. Smith. City Manager, dated January 10, 1941, and in Lc� letter said Engineer reports the cost of a paoject for sewor construction in Avondale Heights and O'Brien'a Addition, be received and filed, and that the City t'anager be authorized to execute for the city a project proposal to be submitted to the .7ork Projects Administration for financial assistance in the construction of such 1 sec•ers. Smith, City '.1 entate authorized ':anagor, dated January 7, 1941, in which he reports to the Board the offers he has received for the sale of certain real estate owned by the City, be received and filed, an' that the Corporation Counsel be requested to prepare an ordinance authorizing the sale of all of the properties described in said letter for the purchase price F therein stated.
